Petplan 4 week Instant Puppy Insurance Policy
Oliver bulldogs can provide you with 4 weeks free pet insurance for your puppy.
The scheme is underwritten and publicised by Petplan.
At the end of the four weeks you have the option either to continue the plan
to annual policy (for a monthly fee) or to discontinue cover for your animal.
Your new puppy is now insured for 4 weeks from
the date and time of purchase shown overleaf.
Your 4 week Instant Puppy Policy covers:*
Oliver bulldogs 4 week pet puppy insurance policy
Up to £4,000 for veterinary fees resulting from illness and injury.
Excluding the first £75 of the cost of treating illness or injury.
Death from illness of inury.
Nothing can replace a much loved puppy, but we will reimburse the price you paid to the value of £750.
Loss by theft or straying.
If, despite all endeavours, your puppy is not found we will pay you the price you paid upto the value of £750.
Up to £200 for advertising and reward.
If your puppy is lost or stolen we will cover the cost of local advertising and reward.
